Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in our daily fulfillment operations. You’ll be responsible for picking items, packing orders securely, and preparing them for shipment. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and a positive, team-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order sheets or digital systems
- Pack orders with care, ensuring items are protected and presented well
- Print labels and prepare shipments for daily carrier pickups
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
- Report any issues with orders or stock to supervisors promptly
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or pick & pack experience not required, but a big plus (Ex-Amazon team members have a history of success here!)
- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Basic computer or scanner skills a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily shipping deadlines
- We're looking for 20-40 hours per week
