About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Manager with a strong track record of leading high-performing social media accounts. This role requires a creative thinker who can strategize, execute, and analyze social media initiatives while ensuring content aligns with the values and resonates with my target audience.

Responsibilities:

Project Management Master: You have a demonstrated track record of being able to manage social media teams and campaigns - from planning to scripting, editing, copywriting, publishing, and analyzing.

Content Creation & Editing: You have genuine experience working closely with editors and videographers to create best-in-class content. You're heavily involved in shaping edits to ensure the content matches your vision.

Content Management: Upload and schedule posts across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency and optimized posting times. Align on goals and projects with me while also being proactive about day-to-day social media tasks.

Content strategy & planning: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar tailored to the personal brand, ensuring timely and relevant posts.

Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and deliver growth.

Audience Engagement: Foster community engagement by responding to comments and interacting with followers in an authentic manner, engaging directly when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Live in or around Houston (or willing to relocate)
• Expert at social, with at least 3-5 years leading a high-performing social media account (you can walk us through your portfolio and track record)
• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Proficiency in social media analytics.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of trends in personal branding and content creation.
