Job Description

Our client, an American retailer that owns and operates 4 brands that are well known, is looking for someone to join their team as a part time Sample Coordinator in San Francisco, California.

*This is a 6 month W2 contract*

In this role, you will help support product development execution and serve as an interface with the Design teams. You will be communicating directly with vendors and ensure production deadlines are met while data remains accurate.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow
• Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information
• Communicate with Merchandising team to discuss arrivals and delays
• Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Prior experience in the retail/accessories industry is nice to have
