Requirements:
- Experience as a Release Train Engineer leading at least 5+ Agile teams
Plusses:
- Experience with NAVE
- Retail experience
- SAFe certification
Responsibilities:
- Coach the lean-agile mindset and practices to members of the agile release train, including scrum masters, agile team members, product managers and business owners
- Support communication within the ART and build one-team mindset
- Optimize the flow of work through the agile release train
- Help the product managers prepare for PI Planning and ensure the vision, roadmap and program backlogs are ready
- Help teams with feature estimation and the aggregation of estimates for larger pieces of work such as epics
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events
- Facilitate the PI planning event
- Help manage risks, dependencies and resolve impediments
- Capture program flow metrics, and other useful metrics, to support relentless improvement
- Helping shape and foster the Scrum Master community, Communities of Practice
Compensation
Compensation:
$63/hr to $73/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
