Full Time - Direct Hire Opportunity in Columbus, OH

Position: Project Scheduler

Duration: Perm

Salary: $80k

Address: 4151 Bridgeway Avenue, Columbus OH 43219 - onsite 4-5 days a week

Must Haves:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in project controls, project scheduling, project management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, or similar tools.
• Critical Path, Resource Management, Team Planner within MS Project
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
• Experience in the Construction/ Manufacturing Industry

Experience managing multiple projects at a time

Day-to-day:

Insight Global is looking for a project scheduler to sit in Columbus, Ohio. The Project Scheduler role is an integral function that is responsible for assessing the enterprise resource demand, and managing a system that provides adequate project portfolio schedule overview, and supporting proper resource allocation. Work closely with varies department heads as well as the project managers to ensure all necessary inputs are considered for the Master Schedule.

• Create and manage a system that properly communicates the resource demand
• Communicate effectively with project team members and other relevant parties. This includes defining communication protocols, assisting in project meetings when necessary, and providing timely updates on project data
• Maintain and monitor progress tracking within a project
• Facilitate regular schedule and resource reviews
