This role focuses on market research—not marketing—and requires someone who understands customer behavior, industry trends, and product performance in the gas-powered boating sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary market research through surveys, interviews, and field visits
• Analyze data using advanced Excel and present findings through executive-level PowerPoint presentations
• Translate customer insights into product strategies and specifications
• Maintain awareness of marine industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Science, Math, or Psychology preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research or product analysis
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, graphs; macros a plus) and PowerPoint
• Experience with SPSS, Tableau, or PowerBI is a plus
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and data storytelling skills
• Passion for water sports and familiarity with gas-powered marine products
