Pharmacist Needed, Northern Arizona Travel Position available

Dependable Staffing is looking for several Registered Pharmacists with at least one year of recent outpatient experience who are interested in 13 week positions. Pharmacist must be motivated, punctual and hard working.

Dependable Staffing has several assignments with flexible hours for qualified Pharmacists. Current positions offer two compensation schedules. Furnished lodging is provided or available in the area.

Job Duties:

• Comply with HIPPA rules and regulations.
• Verify drug usage is in accordance with formulary policies.
• Interprets and enters/verifies orders on inpatients and outpatient computer systems.
• Dispenses prescriptions and counsel patients.
• Monitors medication therapy and maintains medication records
• Provides medication information to professional staff.
• Schedules medication, administrates and maintains MAR’s.
• Checks medication stock for expired or unusable stock.
• Attends staff meetings as scheduled.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Dependable Staffing Pharmacist Job Requirements:

• AZ Pharmacist License Active / In Good Standing
• Current TB screen
• MMR / Varicella & TDAP immunization or titer
• Current CPR certification
