About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and ministry-minded Personal Assistant to support a Grammy Award-winning Christian entertainer. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a creative leader in the Christian entertainment space and support them and their needs on a personal, professional and property management level.
Responsibilities:
Personal Assistance
- Manage the family calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate personal meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and handle inbound phone calls and emails
- Implement and maintain an organized filing system (digital and/or physical)
- Run personal errands (grocery shop, dry cleaning, gift purchase, car appointments, school drop-off and pick-up) and provide on-the-ground support during home events, while being the liaison between event planners, vendors, and caterers
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Professional Assistance
- Manage and maintain the artist’s professional schedule (meetings, travel, events, media appearances, workouts, wardrobe fittings, briefings)
- Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, transportation, security, and create event itineraries
- Attend important meetings remotely and in-person, managing confidentiality and protecting sensitive information
- Serve as a liaison between the artist and management, ministry partners, vendors, and fans
- Assist with creative projects, content planning, and social media coordination
- Handle press, paparazzi, and fan interactions effectively and discreetly
Property Maintenance
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of a private residence
- Schedule and oversee all home maintenance appointments (Technology (WiFi & Security), HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Pool, Barn Machinery, etc)
- Manage home builds, renovations, and improvements while overseeing the budget
- Supervise home contractors and vendors at all times
- Act as the home housekeeper, gardner, landscaper, and farm hand
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of professional work experience in an administrative, events and/or hospitality-like role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Insanely detail-oriented and able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-pace environment
- Highly tech-savvy with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Extremely trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
- Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours (including weekends)
- Must be based in Charleston, SC

- Proven experience in private home management and entertainment
