Community hospital looking to bring on Nurse Manager Neuro/Trauma!

Seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Progressive Care Neuro Trauma Unit (PCNT). Primary goal is to work closely with the Director of PCNT to provide leadership and direction to the entire PCNT team and to make sure they continue to deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients. Collaboratively with the entire PCNT staff, physicians, and other disciplines within the hospital to create a system of safe, quality health care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License
• 3+ years in a critical care environment with supervisory Nuero trauma experience
• BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross)
• PCCN Certification (preferred)
• TNCC Certification (preferred)
• TCAR Certification (preferred)
