About the Role

Collaborating directly with clients to uncover their travel desires and transform them into personalized itineraries.

Responsibilities

  • Designing seamless, tailor-made journeys across the globe—flights, 5-star accommodations, dining, exclusive tours, and more.
  • Cultivating relationships with top luxury hotels, DMCs, and travel partners to access VIP perks and exclusive rates.
  • Managing every detail from inquiry to post-travel follow-up, ensuring a flawless experience every step of the way.
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest luxury travel trends, openings, and insider-only experiences.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and travel concierge throughout each client’s journey.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury travel planning, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre is a big plus!
  • Strong attention to detail, high interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for travel and an unshakable commitment to white-glove service.
