Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation/Service Technician located in Panama City, FL. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on medical equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing field service to ensure optimal operation of equipment. Additionally, the Service Technician will be expected to deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving technical problems efficiently.

• Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Field Service skills
• Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training preferred
• ASE Certifications a plus
• Mechanic Skills a plus
