Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading food manufacturing company to find a hands-on, bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple facilities. This individual will serve as the right hand to the HR Director, acting as a strategic partner to site leadership, championing compliance, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience , with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • HR experience in food & beverage , CPG , or manufacturing environments strongly preferred
  • Strong command of NJ labor laws and multi-site HR support
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and HR process automation
  • Ability to travel locally (Somerset) and occasionally to Toronto

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for multiple production facilities
  • Provide full-scope HR support: employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, investigations, policy implementation, and training
  • Administer I-9 compliance and audits
  • Partner with management on performance and workforce planning
  • Coordinate leave management, workers' comp, and benefit administration
  • Track and report on HR metrics to drive improvement
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams and oversee new hire orientation
  • Assist in special HR projects and support broader company HR strategy
