Human Resources Generalist
On-site – Irvine, California
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our on-site team in Irvine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations.
- Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update HRIS records, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate and track training programs, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Assist with leave of absence administration, workers’ compensation, and safety initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to support employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
