Robert Half is seeking a Financial Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing and analyzing federal grants.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare grant budgets and assist with operating budget development
- Perform monthly financial analysis of grants and cash flow analysis
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports for grants and operating accounts, including expense tracking, forecasting, and budget-to-actual analysis, and present key insights to leadership.
- Analyze and interpret financial data using advanced Excel formulas and tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience as a grant analyst or grant accountant
- Experience with grant management processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong Excel skills; Tableau or Oracle experience a plus!
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
