Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site, In-Person)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning:

• Assist in developing thorough financial plans tailored to individual client objectives, including retirement, tax strategies, estate planning, and investment management.

• Analyze client financial information to identify and prioritize short-term and long-term

financial goals.

• Draft detailed financial recommendations aligned with client objectives, adhering to the firm

standards and compliance regulations.

• Participate actively in client meetings, preparing necessary documents, and presenting

recommendations under the guidance of senior advisors.

• Follow up diligently on client action items and provide ongoing support to address financial

inquiries and adjustments.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, recommendations, and

planning outcomes.

Research and Analysis:

• Perform in-depth analysis of investment portfolios, tax planning opportunities, and financial

products to support advisor recommendations.

• Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to enhance

planning strategies and firm offerings.

Professional Development:

• Engage proactively in educational opportunities to expand financial planning expertise,

working towards obtaining a CFA or CFP designation.

• Contribute collaboratively to the team's knowledge base, sharing insights and best practices

to support firm-wide growth and client success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related

financial services role.

• Demonstrated ability to build comprehensive financial plans and draft client-centric

recommendations.

• Completion of or working toward a CFA charter or CFP certification is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial

concepts to diverse client audiences.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
