Botanical Hospitality Group is seeking a Event Manager to be a critical part of our team. The Events Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of private events, brand activations, and special programming across our venues. This role requires a creative, hospitality-focused professional with a keen eye for detail, strong client management skills, and the ability to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for private parties, corporate events, and brand partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service throughout the planning process.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop unique event concepts aligned with the brand.
- Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee event budgets.
- Lead on-site execution including setup, service coordination, and breakdown.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients, partners, and brand collaborators.
- Provide post-event reporting and feedback to improve future events.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of event management experience in hospitality or brand environments.
- Strong background in client relations, sales, or business development preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of current hospitality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require.
