Job Overview:

As an Escrow Assistant, you will provide essential support to the escrow department, working closely with escrow officers and clients on residential transactions. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and successful closings by handling key administrative and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open escrow orders and input closing statement information
  • Prepare closing documents and assist with disbursements and post-closing follow-up
  • Communicate requirements and updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Interpret agreements related to closings and prepare necessary transaction documents
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established procedures

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of escrow-related experience (residential preferred)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Professionalism and a positive, client-first attitude
  • Familiarity with escrow and title systems – bulk escrow experience a plus!
