Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager – Data Center Construction

Sterling / Parker, Colorado

$45.00–$50.00/hour | 40 hours/week | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Project in Early Construction Phase

SAVI EHS is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to support a general contractor on a data center construction project in Parker, CO. This is a temp-to-hire role offering a competitive hourly rate, a stable 40-hour work week, and long-term career potential with a leading construction team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HammerTech safety management software
• 5+ years of EHS experience in construction
• Strong communication and leadership skills with field teams
• Certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 510/500, ASP, GSP, CSP, CHST, or STSC
• Degree preferred in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site-level Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance
• Conduct and document daily safety inspections and audits
• Lead site-specific safety orientations and training
• Participate in and facilitate Daily Hazard Analysis (DHA) meetings
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions
• Collaborate with construction management and subcontractors to maintain a zero-injury culture
• Monitor contractor EHS plans and ensure alignment with project standards
• Track leading and lagging indicators and provide safety performance reporting

Local candidates preferred; consideration may be given to qualified traveling safety professionals.
