Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in New Albany. This role will play a key part in leading the successful delivery of complex data centre projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every stage.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee construction project management including scheduling, financials, and quality assurance.
- Lead site safety management, ensuring compliance with local and industry standards.
- Manage contractor performance, design coordination, and contract negotiations.
- Drive cost‐effective and innovative construction methods.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and authorities to deliver resilient and efficient infrastructures.
- Ensure seamless handover from construction to operations.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management and support customer discussions.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of construction, M&E works, and local approval processes.
- Experience delivering large, capital-intensive projects (data centre industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Project & MS Office.
- Fluent in English, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
