Role Overview
We’re looking for passionate leaders to guide our clients through complex analytics transformations. As a member of our Customer Success organization, you’ll partner with Principals and Associate Principals in leading teams of Senior Associates and Analysts, drive data-driven strategies, and build long-term client relationships.
You’ll be accountable for client outcomes, including growth strategy, P&L management, and resource planning, while helping translate client goals into actionable roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and roadmaps to build client analytics capabilities.
- Solve complex business problems using modern data sources and advanced analytics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering thought leadership and guidance.
- Lead, mentor, and coach engagement teams across US offices.
- Collaborate with India-based Delivery Leads to manage and grow accounts globally.
- Identify new business opportunities within client organizations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Domain Experience: Customer Insights or Digital Marketing or Retail Media or Supply Chain
- Tools: Python & SQL (5+ years), Gen AI
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years in account/customer engagement leadership in Retail industry
- Background in consulting or large enterprise environments (Fortune 500 preferred)
- Demonstrated experience building client relationships and scaling accounts
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity and turning business challenges into analytics use cases
Location Requirement
Must be willing to work from the client office 4 days a week in Bentonville, AR, USA.
