Electrical Superintendent – Dallas, TX

Are you an experienced Electrical Superintendent looking to join a forward-thinking electrical contractor in the Dallas area? With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality, they’re looking to bring an experienced Superintendent on board to help lead field operations.

Whether it’s building, retrofitting, or shaping the future of complex facilities like data centers, green buildings, event spaces, or industrial plants—this contractor is well-equipped to design, build, and install intelligent and efficient solutions where electricity powers possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site electrical activities from project kickoff through to closeout
• Manage field crews and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Enforce safety standards and ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and GCs to align field efforts with project goals
• Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and manpower needs
• Conduct routine quality control checks and site inspections
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to field personnel

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects
• Strong background in managing teams and complex electrical installations
• Familiarity with NEC codes, electrical plans, and construction schedules
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Dallas region
