About the Role:

This position supports the Derivatives Operations team at Investment Management (MSIM), working on a global team across New York, London, and Mumbai . You’ll help process and manage derivative trades —like futures, options, swaps, and credit derivatives—for the firm’s Equity and Fixed Income trading desks.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring trades are accurately processed, confirmed, and settled, while also collaborating with traders, custodians, fund accountants, and brokers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily derivative trades and trade lifecycle events (e.g., confirmations, allocations, settlements)
• Support projects like the MSIM and Eaton Vance integration , new instrument launches, and regulatory initiatives
• Partner with Equity and Fixed Income traders to resolve trade discrepancies
• Communicate with external parties like brokers, custodians, and fund accountants
• Improve workflows and align global processes across teams in New York, London, and Mumbai
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence across all derivative support functions

Qualifications:

• Experience with OTC and listed derivatives (futures, options, swaps, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel )
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team
