🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the friendly first point of contact for homeowners
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails—no cold calling
- Help customers with updates, scheduling, and questions about their roofing project
- Collaborate with our sales, scheduling, and production teams to ensure a smooth experience
- Keep notes and updates organized in our CRM
- Solve problems with patience and professionalism
💼 The Details
- 💵 Pay: $20/hr + weekly bonuses based on performance
- 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (yep, no weekends )
- 🏢 Location: In-office, Sherman Oaks HQ
- 🤝 Full-time, with training and tools provided

- Have 1+ year of customer service, office admin, or support experience
- Communicate clearly and confidently—on the phone and in writing
- Love helping people and solving problems

- Are comfortable with tech (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
