Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Contract Administrator to support and enhance our legal and compliance processes across the customer and supplier lifecycle while also providing some sales operational analyses. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth management of contracts, legal policies, and compliance documentation across multiple departments and business functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and a proactive mindset for driving process improvements. In addition, this analyst will help generate actionable sales data and reports.

Requirements:

Contract & Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee and drive the end-to-end management of legal agreements including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Supply Agreements, Statements Of Work, pricing letters, Special Pricing Agreements (SPA), leases, and other related documents for both suppliers and customers.
  • Coordinate with legal, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely execution and renewal of agreements.
  • Maintain centralized records and dashboards for contract tracking and compliance.

Legal Policy Governance

  • Manage and maintain legal policy documents including warranties, trade policy, terms and conditions, and other customer-facing policies.
  • Ensure alignment of all policies with current legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with the legal team to implement updates as needed.

Cross-Functional Legal Intake

  • Act as the primary point of contact for legal intake requests from internal teams including engineering, R&D, marketing, and others.
  • Streamline intake workflows and prioritize requests based on business impact and legal risk.
  • Track, manage, and report on the status of legal requests to ensure timely resolution.

Compliance & Risk Data Management

  • Support compliance tracking across platforms including the App Store, federal contracts, trade regulations, and insurance documentation.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible, and coordinate with relevant departments to meet ongoing compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by organizing compliance-related data and reports.

Sales Data Analyst

  • Generate periodic reports to analyze trends in orders, revenue, product mix, etc.
  • Provide actionable information to allow sales leadership t make informed decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, legal operations, or contract management.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (CLM), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and document management platforms.
  • Understanding of commercial and legal documentation including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Experience working with compliance requirements for government contracts or App Store submissions.
  • Background in working with legal or procurement teams in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and trade compliance regulations.
