Job Description
Representing a leader in the construction industry, we have several IMMEDIATE openings:
- Superintendent--experience with building trades, DOB Super's license; NYC/DDC/DOB experience
- Schedulers--ability to read drawings & create activities based on a logical flow of work (NOT data entry)
- MEP Superintendent APM--experienced with HVAC, electrical (Con Ed experience a plus), plumbing, sprinklers
This project includes ALL trades and encompasses both new work and existing occupied space.
- Steel
- Curtain wall
- Masonry
- Carpentry (metal framing and doors & ceiling systems)
- Spray Fire & intumescent
- MEPS
