Job Description

Do you have experience in Insurance Workers Compensation Sales – Payroll Service and/or PEO Sales – Employment Placement Sales - - in and around the Construction Industry?

 

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic sales individual for client growth in the construction space while keeping up with market trends, regulatory requirements, and unique needs for the client.

 

Knowledge of workers comp practices, along with State and Federal laws in-regards to payroll is a plus.

 

Your leadership in this role will contribute to the enhancement of our Employer of Record (EOR) offerings, and play a crucial part in the success of our clients and the employee benefits experience as a whole.

Qualifications

  • Required - 5+ years of Payroll or Workers Compensation Insurance Sales experience in PEO or HR outsourcing industry
  • Preferred - Experience in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of payroll benefits, operations, tax regulations, pricing strategies, and solutions design
  • Self-starter with ability to discuss and propose human resources solutions to business owners on a professional level
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources, utilizing the telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by Sales management
  • Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management
  • Scheduling appointments and visiting potential and current referral sources, specifically the broker channel to secure referrals to end users
  • Selling EOR products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base to increase profits in the organization
  • Analyzing the prospects’ needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to the correct sales partner to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist with the Onboarding process with new EOR clients, following policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition onto EOR Payroll Solution service.
