Job Description
Title: Construction Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX (on-site, field-focused)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform post-installation quality assurance on fiber builds
- Validate construction work: check footage, pole counts, sheath tick marks
- Take site photos and complete documentation, including CD/network drawings, MakeReady sheets
- Field inspections (~80% of time) and documentation (~20%)
- Assist in patching strand maps and gathering required information
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- FlexNap (required)
- GO 95 experience (CA) and NESC experience (TX)
- 1-2+ years of OSP construction experience
- Aerial fiber and FTTH experience preferred
- Lineman or network installation background
- Ability to handle field work and documentation independently
Preferred Skills:
- GIS experience (3GIS ideal)
- Splicing experience
