Endeavor has engaged with an established multifamily commercial real estate firm specializing in investment, development, and asset management seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a high-quality multifamily community in Laguna Niguel , ensuring optimal performance in resident satisfaction, financial results, and team leadership. This individual will be accountable for maintaining operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and preserving asset value while delivering a best-in-class living experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct all on-site operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, resident relations, and vendor coordination.
• Achieve occupancy, renewal, and revenue goals through effective leasing and retention strategies.
• Develop, lead, and mentor the on-site team, promoting a high-performance and customer-service-driven culture.
• Ensure budget compliance and financial reporting accuracy; control costs and optimize NOI.
• Enforce lease terms, community policies, and fair housing regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with regional leadership and other internal teams on company-wide initiatives and best practices.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in property management or business administration.
