We’re Hiring: Commercial Lines Client Service Advisor

Looking for your next opportunity in Commercial Insurance? We’re growing and looking for a talented Client Service Advisor to lead and support our Commercial Lines team.

This is a key role within a well-established group—you’ll help drive operational excellence, support team members, and ensure clients receive proactive, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth, responsive client service
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Claims to support growth and retention
• Serve as the go-to for client and carrier escalations
• Support compliance, process improvements, and service plan development
• Travel to local client locations on occasion and as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance
• NYS Property & Casualty License
• Strong communicator who is highly detailed
• Organized, adaptable, and client-focused
• Committed to continuous improvement and leadership
