As CFO, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and financial sustainability with creativity and vision
Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO and Board, providing insights and guidance to support organizational growth, sustainability, and mission alignment
Lead the development of comprehensive financial models, multi-year forecasts, and scenario planning to guide strategic decision-making and long-term planning
Design and manage an annual budgeting process that aligns resources with priorities, engages departmental leadership, and promotes accountability across the organization
Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reconciliations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
Produce timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and provide clear, actionable analysis to senior leadership and stakeholders
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends and variances, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA a plus
Experience: 10+ years in accounting, with 2+ years in a leadership role
