Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our client's team on a full time basis!

The role would provide benefits, PTO as well as a salary based on experience, but could range between $25 - $26/hour.

Duties

• Make calls to follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
• Enter bills into the system
• Process credit card payments
• Make payment status calls to vendors and suppliers
• Maintain organized AP invoice filing

Experience

• Experience working in an office setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
