Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our client's team on a full time basis!
The role would provide benefits, PTO as well as a salary based on experience, but could range between $25 - $26/hour.
Duties
- Make calls to follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Enter bills into the system
- Process credit card payments
- Make payment status calls to vendors and suppliers
- Maintain organized AP invoice filing
Experience
- Experience working in an office setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
