Looking for a 5G/LTE Protocol QA Engineer- Bedminster NJ

accepting on W2 candidates, No C2C candidates

Responsibilities Include:

• Validate 5G/LTE features and KPIs based on NR protocol layers (ML1, LL1, RRC, RLC, MAC, PDCP, IP)
• Perform Windows and macOS application validation
• Report issues, support developers, and validate fixes
• Troubleshoot issues and support customer demos
• Collaborate with SMEs, dev teams, and server teams on integration
• Draft user manuals for applications, features, and new devices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of wireless industry experience
• Strong knowledge of NR 5G, LTE, VoNR/EPS-FB/VoLTE, RedCap, NTN, TCP/IP
• Hands-on experience with modem logging, application processor architecture
• Familiarity with tools like XCAL, QXDM, QCAT, Wireshark, MA, STT
• Preferred: Android/Desktop app development or validation
